Healing Touch, a hand-mediated complementary energetic approach to healing, is administered with the intention for the person’s highest good in mind, body and spirit.  The Healing Touch Program, developed by Janet Mentgen, RN, BSN, is endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Association. The goal of Healing Touch is to restore harmony and balance in the client’s energy system to help the person self-heal.  Healing Touch affects the person physically, emotionally and spiritually

Joanne Belev, LMT, CHTP, RMT, HTAP

 Joanne and George have been practicing complementary therapies since 1997.  They have received training in Healing Touch, Reiki, and Healing Touch for Animals^TM, PetMassage^TM, Aromatherapy and Animal Communication.  They are Usui Reiki Masters/Teachers.  George and Joanne are experienced in veterinary aromatherapy, tuning fork therapy for animals and Tellington Touch. They have continued their education studying with Penelope Smith in Animal Communication, Arden Wilken in Sound Therapy, Janet Mentgen in advanced Healing Touch and Jonathan Rudinger in energy-based PetMassage^TM. George is a Healing Touch for Animals^TM Certified Practitioner, a PetMassage^TM Instructor, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and a Certified Pet Care Technician.  Joanne is a licensed massage therapist, Healing Touch for Animals^TM Practitioner and a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner.

 George holds Masters Degrees in Engineering and Management.  Joanne holds degrees in Education and a Masters Degree in Community Psychology.

 Joanne and George are members of Healing Touch International, The International Association of Animal Massage and Bodywork and The International Association of Reiki Professionals.
